Here the olives were put into a chute where they get transported up by a conveyor band and then get separated from smaller twigs and leaves by a riddle screen...............
..............before the grinding the olives get washed accurately.
In a hammer mill or a grinding-/cutting-mill the olives get hackled together with their pits. The now originating pasty substance gets stirred for mixing the small oil drops. The liquid gets separated from the solid substance by a centrifuge and the oil comes out of the fruit juice. For better separation with the centrifuge we add cold water.
