What is special about our olive oil?
We ourselves work on our olive plantations and always take care of the gentle treatment of our olive trees.
My husband cuts the trees two times a year with high accuracy.
Once in spring; when the trees get cut similarly to the fruit trees in Germany.
The second cut occurs in summer. Here the oil-field drive gets cut to maintain the necessary humidity which is needed to keep the trees growing. This summer cut also causes a natural air circulation inside the tree which is essential in hot summer months.
A further point makes our oil unique -> we don´t spray them!
It means that our trees get a natural fertilization through the ground milling in spring. Because the ground gets ventilated and the leaves, fallen on the ground in the last harvest, get milled into the ground at the same time.
